How to pair with Alexa or Google Assistant:

Q1: Can it be used in Europe?

A1: Yes, it could be used in Europe because the voltage is AC100V~240V. 

Just reminder that the size of standard size for EU is 86*86*32MM and the switch hole on the wall is normally made to this size. Please be noted that you may have to make the hole slightly bigger to install KS-811 switch. 

Q2: Can I install it by myself?

A2: You have to know some electrical knowledge to install it by yourself or ask some one who is professional to install it. It's very easy to follow the manual together with the products.

Q3: How long could it be installed?

A3: According to the feedback of our clients,15 minutes is enough to install it.

Q5: Can it be remote controlled without wifi?

A5: Yes, it could be remote controlled with Smart life app. However, it have to connect with wifi for the first time to activate it.

Q6: Does this work with Apple HomeKit?

A6: Sorry, it can not work with Apple HomeKit, but it work with Alexa and Google home.

1. Neutral wire is required.

2. Support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Only, not support 5Ghz wifi.

3. WiFi name and password should only contain letters and numbers. No special symbols allowed. (Like a dash.)

4. Sharing and Grouping:There is no need to connect the smart outlet again with sharing function, you can share your connection device to your family up to 10. In the “Smart Life” APP, you can combine devices together for unified control with one single tap on your smartphone.
